    I was having a problem with one of my accounts, and the Chase corporate number wasn't helping. I came in to this location, and the lady I spoke to (Liz) was extremely friendly and helpful. She solved my problem immediately, and was very nice and fun to talk to. I will definitely come in here again!

    I have been banking at Chase for a few years now. I have been to many branches as I travel frequently. I have never been to a branch with a staff as helpful and friendly as the staff at this bank. In particular, a woman named Roxanna went out of her way to make my day a lot easier. I am so blown away. Makes me want to travel to Santa Barbara more often!
